PostCare
DAY 1-7 A.M.
Wash daily to remove bacteria, build up of product, dirt, oils, and dead skin(this will not remove the pigment!). Gently wash your eyebrows with a very light touch with your fingertips each morning with water and and a gentle soap (Cetaphil, Cerve). After gently washing the area for about 10 seconds then rinse with water making sure that all soap is rinsed off completely. To dry, gently pat with a clean tissue or paper towel. Do not use any cleansing products containing acids(glycolic, lactic, or aha). Let the brows air dry until no moisture is on the brow area. Apply a very tiny amount of aftercare ointment with a q-tip to the eyebrow area. Be sure not to over-apply, as this will suffocate the area and delay healing. Clients are still able to shower during this time but avoid submerging the face(eyebrows) directly in the water.
After the procedure, gently blot the area with a clean tissue or paper towel to absorb excess lymph fluid. Do this every 5 minutes until the fluid has stopped.
DAY 1-7 P.M.
If for some reason face make up has migrated throughout the day into the brows, and/or produced more sweat, and/or have been producing more oils than usual, then repeat all the A.M. instructions. If none apply, then no need to wash again but do reapply a coat of ointment before bed.
